Giving a shout Out

I am so happy and excited to give a shout out to my good and long time friend, Barbara. She is my Apple Hills buddy and we have literally raised our children together going through the gamut of births, marriages, migration into grandparenthood and deaths.

Now Barbara is writing a book that will chronicle her experience with her diabetic son at the craziness of sixth grade camp just as he was coming out of the honeymoon stage of dealing with his disease, and what she has learned over the years about keeping her diabetic child healthy and whole.
