Many thanks to my bestie of 40 years. You know who you are. The French press is still pressing out great coffee after all these years since you gave it to me. Today's choice is a favorite, Starbucks Columbian. Texting this morning with far away bestie reminded me that an easy way to reach across the miles is to make a pot of brew and image her here, enjoying it with me.

I have never used a French Press, sounds a little riské. Our old Mr. Coffee died last year and we received a new one. What a pain! The old one worked so well. Maybe I can find an old one somewhere.
